We’re really proud of what we created at 3816 Marcia Court. Tucked at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Blair Hills, the lot gave us the chance to build a home that feels private yet connected to Culver City. The Spanish-inspired exterior with clay tiles, smooth stucco, and custom wood-and-iron entry sets the tone before you even step inside. We loved blending soaring ceilings, white oak floors, and custom walnut cabinetry to bring warmth and sophistication throughout the home. The chef’s kitchen, with its oversized island and top-tier appliances, quickly became one of our favorite features and was designed for everyday living and entertaining. We were especially excited to integrate full-height La Cantina doors, which erase the line between indoors and outdoors. Most of all, what makes this home unique is the hidden layer of performance: fresh air systems, low-VOC materials, and advanced waterproofing that go beyond code to ensure comfort, durability, and wellness for years to come.
