The Coolidge House was one of our most rewarding builds to date. The client wanted to blend timeless farmhouse design with advanced building science, and the result is a home that feels warm, open, and modern while quietly outperforming anything else in the neighborhood. The kitchen with dual dishwashers, induction cooktop, and custom Thermador fridge was a true centerpiece for both family living and entertaining. The entertainment basement was another highlight, engineered for seismic safety yet filled with natural light, making it a flexible space for movies, workouts, or creative pursuits. We’re especially proud of the hidden details: dual ERV systems, ZIP System sheathing, Advantech subfloors, fire-rated soffit vents, and no-VOC materials that make this home healthier, quieter, and more durable. The ADU was thoughtfully crafted as a private two-story retreat with soaring ceilings and its own outdoor space, offering flexibility for extended family or income.
