From the very beginning, our goal with the Tellefson House was to take care of our client at every step, guiding them through the process of building one of the healthiest, all-electric homes possible. They came to us with a clear vision: create a home that would prioritize wellness, energy efficiency, and long-term durability. Our job was to bring that vision to life with precision, transparency, and care.

We worked closely with the client and design team to make thoughtful decisions about every system and material. The home features a five-zone ducted mini-split heat pump system that delivers comfort and efficiency to every room, a heat pump water heater for reliable, low-energy hot water, and an ERV system that provides fresh, filtered air to each bedroom around the clock.

To support their commitment to a fully electric lifestyle, we installed a 10 kWdc solar array to offset the home’s energy use, a water vapor fireplace for a clean and modern aesthetic, and an induction cooktop that offers precise control without indoor pollutants. Every material used throughout the home was carefully selected for zero VOC content, ensuring the healthiest possible indoor environment.

One of the highlights of this project is the full basement, designed with 10-foot ceilings, a full bathroom, and a utility closet—an expansive, flexible space built with the same attention to detail and comfort as the rest of the home.
